Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of mudy (the “Platform”, mudy.io). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. The service

mudy connects content creators (“clippers”) with brands. Brands fund campaigns; clippers post short clips promoting those campaigns on supported social platforms and earn rewards based on the public view counts of their clips, subject to each campaign’s rates and rules.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You may connect social accounts you own; you authorize us to access them via the platforms’ official APIs as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Clipper obligations

  • Submit only clips that you created and own the rights to, posted from a social account you have verified on the Platform.
  • Follow each campaign’s brief and the rules of the social platform where you post.
  • Do not submit another person’s content, duplicate submissions, or content that is illegal, infringing or harmful.

4. Prohibited conduct — fraud & fake engagement

Artificially inflating views, likes or other metrics (bots, view farms, paid fake engagement) is strictly prohibited. Submissions are monitored for anomalies; we may freeze accruals, withhold or reverse payouts, and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payments & payouts

  • Brand budgets are held in escrow; clipper earnings accrue from verified public views per the campaign’s CPM/rates.
  • Earnings are subject to a holding/clearing period and anti‑fraud review before becoming available for withdrawal.
  • Payouts are made in USDT (TRC‑20) to the address you provide. A platform commission may apply as disclosed in the app.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant brands and the Platform a limited licence to reference your submitted clips and their public metrics for the purpose of operating campaigns and the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of third‑party platforms whose APIs and metrics we rely on.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
